DSLR to Olivion T90ed Adapter Empty DSLR to Olivion T90ed Adapter

I purchased used Olivion T90ed , it came with an adapter to mount it to the scope. The adapter is a Olympus OM MF-2. I used it one time after purchasing following verbal instructions of seller. Some time has past and I have completely forgotten how to mount it again. It appears that the eyepiece should be removed and the adapter then screwed on and then the camera on to the adapter. Any help would be very much appreciated.
